Joe Castellino and Ian Le Riche founded Le Riche Automobile Restorers (C.I.) Limited in 1990, two school friends with a passion for vintage, classic and super cars. Le Riche Automobile has become a highly regarded vehicle restoration and sales company. Our fine workmanship has been internationally accredited, and we have many podium finishes under our belt for craftsmanship, including Pebble Beach, Villa D’Este and Schloss Dyck.

An economics graduate and former corporate banker, Joe co-founded Le Riche Automobile with Ian Le Riche in 1989. Joe’s experience in the offshore finance industry and his various professional qualifications have helped shape the company’s approach to high-end car management as an alternative asset class. A trusted advisor to significant families, wealth funds, private offices and collectors from all GCC States, Joe has overseen projects of all shapes and sizes passing through the Le Riche workshops.

A graduate in vehicle restoration and engineering, Ian is a well-respected expert in the field of vehicle restoration, management and specialist coachbuilding. Since 1989 he has overseen the Le Riche Automobile restoration business, selecting a team of craftsmen and women whose artisan skills have been internationally recognized. Ian’s strong reputation and industry knowledge are key to our successfully representation of international clients in locating, buying and selling historic cars.
PHILIP BARTON-WRIGHT

Philip retired to Guernsey in 2010 after a successful career in Insurance Broking and Underwriting. A long-standing friend and client of Le Riche Automobile, Philip joins the team as both investor and Director. A true motoring enthusiast, he has owned some of the most important investment grade cars in the world. A proven and successful entrepreneur who has established numerous exchange listed businesses, Philip provides wisdom, guidance and experience in our growth and development.
JONATHAN SAUNDERS
OPERATIONS MANAGER
A born and bred Guernseyman, Jonathan served as a Royal Marine for 15 years. During that time, he excelled in numerous specialist driving courses, and is qualified to drive anything with wheels or tracks. In his final draft at Helicopter Commando Force, Jonathan looked after a fleet of military vehicles, ensuring that they were always ready for action. Jonathan has spent five years working in our facility, taking responsibility for daily security, routine minor maintenance requirements, the collection and delivery of vehicles, and ensuring that all cars are in immaculate condition when delivered back to our clients. Jonathan is fastidious about his job, well respected by our customers, and you can rest assured your car is safe in his hands.

A qualified lawyer, and well-respected former Crown Prosecutor of over 20 years, Conrad is Managing Director at Le Riche Automobile Storage & Consultancy, overseeing the provision of bespoke solutions to our clients. Conrad brings a strong understanding of any legal implications to our offshore storage operation. A life-long car enthusiast with a passion for Land Rovers, Conrad also runs an automotive media channel to a global audience focusing on their use and restoration.

Elliott was educated in Jersey and, before joining Le Riche in 2024, worked for 5 years in the custody banking division of an international offshore bank. Against this background of dealing with global clients, Elliott brings an understanding of industry leading procedures and protocols for recording, holding, and administering high value assets. Elliott enjoys competing on road and track with high performance motorcycles.
